Jeff takes pride in building a team that values quality workmanship, reliability, and treating customers like neighbors. His years of experience and leadership help ensure every job is done right and every customer receives the level of service he believes the community deserves.

When he’s not working, Jeff enjoys hunting and fishing—just like any true South Louisiana boy.

With over 25 years of accounting experience in the construction industry, Jessi keeps the financial side of the business running smoothly. As the company’s Controller, she manages everything from accounting and financial reporting to payroll and day-to-day office operations.

Known around the office as the “jack of all trades,” she also lends her skills to IT support, human resources, and even the front desk when needed. Her versatility helps keep the team organized and ensures the company runs efficiently behind the scenes so technicians can focus on serving customers.

Outside of work, she enjoys DIY home renovation projects, listening to music, reading, and spending time with her two golden doodles, Millie and Jules.

Josh graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2023 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Shortly after graduating, he joined Climate Control Services and quickly worked his way up to the role of HVAC Mechanic through his strong work ethic and technical knowledge.

Outside of work, Josh is a big Braves baseball fan and enjoys spending time playing fetch with his dogs, Ellie and Leia.

Muhammad is currently pursuing a degree in the HVAC field and joined Climate Control Services to gain valuable hands-on experience while continuing his education. As an HVAC Apprentice, he works alongside our experienced technicians, learning the skills and techniques needed to succeed in the trade.
